Basic Guidelines
Procedure
Contact me with your character info and references, then I give you the price quote.
After we have agreed on the price, you have to pay 50% of the full price as down payment.
After I receive the DP, I will start working on your commission.
We will do the back and forth/revisions in the meantime.
Once I've completed your commission, I'll send you a watermarked image as proof of completion. This is when you complete the rest of the payment.
After full payment is received, I will send you the actual deliverable(s).
Important!
As stated above, I will only start working on a commission after I receive the front payment/DP (50% of the full price), and I will only complete the piece after I receive the rest of the payment. This is non-negotiable.
Each commission includes up to 3 revisions for one image. The revision only applies to the current phase of the pipeline. For example, if we've moved on to lineart, then we can't do any more revisions for the sketch (such as expression, design, pose, etc). If you would like to revise things from one phase, then we must resolve them before moving on to the next phase. If we've already moved on, then the results of the previous phase(s) are essentially locked in.
No more revisions after you have received the high-res image (unless the error is from my end).
I work full-time, so my day job will always take priority, hence the longer timeframe in my commission pipeline. If you need something urgently, there will be extra charges (rush fee).
I reserve the right to use the completed commission pieces for my own purpose by default, such as for my website or social media.
I reserve the right to cancel/reject a commission if the subject matter makes me feel uncomfortable under any circumstances, or if something made it impossible for me to fulfil it (e.g. health related matters). Naturally, a full refund will be enacted in such matters.
Please don't use my pricelist or terms as a bargaining chip against other artists and vice versa. Different artists have different considerations in offering their services. Please respect it.
Terms and conditions are subject to change if the situation deems it neccessary. I will provide an advance notice for such an occassion.
In the case of a commission of someone else's OC (for example, as a birthday gift), please make sure you HAVE THEIR EXPLICIT PERMISSION. Even if it is a surprise gift, please make sure that the actual OC creator is 100% okay with having their OC drawn by someone else.
If you're commissioning a fanart, please don't tag the original creators/studio when you post it on social media.

FAQ
1. The form isn't working!
◇ That means I'm currently not accepting commissions. I usually announce it on twitter so feel free to follow me there for updates.
2. I've submitted the form but I haven't heard back from you.
◇ I normally get back to people within a day or two. If I didn't get back to you, chances are your commission form wasn't completed properly.
3. Why did I get rejected/refunded?
◇ Usually it's because it fell under things I don't draw (see above), or if I received a sudden influx of work from my day job, I might also refuse/refund your commission.
4. What if I want to commission more than one piece?
◇ Please submit two separate forms for each piece. But keep in mind there is no guarantee that I will accept both at the same time.
5. What if I want to commission something for a game project/commercial use?
◇ For any commercial use, please contact me here. This site is only for personal/non-commercial/non-profit commissions.
6. Why are there so many terms & conditions?
◇ Sorry about that, but I'd rather be upfront about this than leaving things vague. Thank you for your understanding!
